1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TryOn: AI Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

Accessing the app — whether as a guest or registered user — constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the App

You may use the app to generate photorealistic images of yourself wearing outfits, using AI-based image processing. You may share or download the generated content for personal or commercial use.

You are solely responsible for the photos and content you upload to the app.

3. User-Generated Content

Uploaded photos and generated images remain your property. We do not use user-generated content to train AI models.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, use, and process it within the app.

Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored securely and are not actively reviewed. We may access individual user content only when necessary — for example, to investigate a bug or respond to a support request.

If we ever wish to feature a user-generated image in our promotional materials (e.g., website or social media), we will always request your explicit permission first.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app's functionality

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for accounts violating these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are handled via Apple In-App Purchases through RevenueCat
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your App Store settings
• You receive a fixed number of generations per billing period (e.g., 20 per month)
• Purchases are final. Refunds are only handled through Apple's refund process

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app relies on third-party providers for image generation, storage, and analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.

7. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy

Generated images are created by AI and may not always reflect realistic or accurate representations. You understand that results are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for sizing, fitting, or decision-making.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryOn: AI Studio and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in generated content
• Loss or misuse of uploaded photos
• Any damages arising from service interruptions
• Legal claims related to your use or sharing of generated images

Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your uploaded content or account at any time via the profile screen. Once deleted, this data is permanently removed from our servers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
