We collect the following information depending on how you use the app:

Guest Users

• Uploaded Photos: You may upload photos of yourself and outfits to generate try-on results. These images are stored to allow access to your generated results and can be deleted at any time from within the app.

Registered Users

• Sign in with Apple: If you choose to sign in, we may collect your Apple ID email address and name (if provided by Apple).
• Uploaded Photos: Same as above.

Automatically Collected Data

• Firebase Services: We use Firebase services which may collect device information, app usage statistics, crash reports, and other diagnostic data. This data is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate AI-based try-on images using your uploaded photos
• Provide access to your generated content
• Improve functionality and ensure technical reliability
• Handle purchases and manage subscriptions via RevenueCat (we do not collect or store payment details ourselves)

We do not use your uploaded images or personal data for training AI models.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Uploaded content (photos and results) is stored in Firebase and retained until you manually delete it via the app.
• We do not set a time limit for storage, but you maintain full control over deletion.
• If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services, which may access or process your data according to their own policies:

• Firebase (for authentication, storage, analytics, and crash reporting)
• RevenueCat (for subscription and payment processing)
• AI generation is performed using a third-party API provider, but only to fulfill your request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

6. User Controls

You can:

• Delete any uploaded photo or result directly within the app
• Delete your account via the profile screen > options > delete account

7. Children's Privacy

TryOn: AI Studio is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app and/or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your agreement to the updated policy.

We use industry-standard cloud providers such as Firebase, which provide encryption at rest and in transit. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

In the event of a data breach, we will promptly investigate and notify affected users as required by applicable laws.
